For Engineer Trainee:
Educational Qualification:
- Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or a Five-year integrated Master’s degree or Dual Degree program in the relevant disciplines from a recognized Indian University/Institute.
Age Limit:
- Maximum of 27 years as of February 1, 2025. Candidates with a two-year full-time Post Graduation in Engineering or Business Administration/Management can have a maximum age of 29 years.
For Supervisor Trainee:
Educational Qualification:
- Full-time regular Diploma in Engineering in the relevant disciplines from a recognized Indian University/Institute with a minimum of 65% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate of all years/semesters (relaxable to 60% for SC/ST candidates).
Age Limit:
- Maximum of 27 years as of February 1, 2025.
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD):
➡ General/EWS: 10 years
➡ OBC (NCL): 13 years
➡ SC/ST: 15 years
- UR/EWS/OBC: ₹1,072 (₹600 Examination Fee + ₹400 Processing Fee + GST)
- SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen: ₹472 (₹400 Processing Fee + GST)

- Step 2: Click on the "BHEL Engineer Trainee & Supervisor Trainee Recruitment" link.
- Step 3: Register by providing your name, email ID, mobile number, and other basic details.
- Step 4: Log in using the credentials provided during registration.
- Step 5: Fill out the application form with personal, educational, and other required details.
- Step 6: Upload the necessary documents, including a recent photograph and signature, as per the specified format.
- Step 7: Pay the application fee through the online payment gateway.

- Computer-Based Examination (CBE): Candidates will be shortlisted for an interview based on their CBE scores.
- Interview: The final merit list will be prepared considering 75% weightage from the CBE and 25% from the interview.
For Supervisor Trainee:
- Computer-Based Examination (CBE): The final merit list will be based solely on the CBE scores.
- Document Verification/Scrutiny: This is qualifying in nature.
