Qualification:
- Postgraduate degree in Environmental Management / Environmental Science / Ecology & Biodiversity Management / Environmental Engineering / Sustainable Development, or a related field, from a recognized University/Institute.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience (at least 3 years in environmental & social impact assessment/management)
- Experience in waste management / waste-to-energy projects preferred
- Knowledge of World Bank Environmental & Social Standards (WB ESS), EHS Guidelines & national laws
- Understanding of safeguard policies of development agencies (World Bank, ADB, AFD, KfW)
- Strong reporting, analytical & communication skills
- Self-driven and proactive professional attitude
2️⃣ Public Engagement Officer (PEO)
- No. of Posts: 1
- Location: GMC Head Office, Ganeshguri
- Salary: ₹75,000 per month (extendable up to ₹1,00,000 based on performance & program requirements)
- Maximum Age: 45 years
Qualification:
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Mass Communication / Journalism / Social Work / Development Studies or related fields.
Experience & Skills:
- Graduate: Minimum 8 years experience (5 years in Government/Development Sector)
- Post Graduate: Minimum 5 years experience (3 years in Government/Development Sector)
- Experience in waste management projects is an added advantage
- Strong skills in drafting press releases, articles & media content
- Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
