Eligibility Criteria
Citizenship
- The candidate must be an Indian citizen as defined in the Constitution of India.
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Age Relaxation:
SC/ST: 5 years,
OBC/MOBC: 3 years,
PwBD: 10 years,
Ex-Servicemen: 2 years
Educational Qualification
- HSLC or equivalent examination passed.
- Must have NAC/NTC (National Apprenticeship/Trade Certificate) in the relevant trade.
- 1 year of teaching/industrial experience preferred.
Employment Exchange Registration
- Candidates must be registered in any Employment Exchange in Assam.
Salary and Pay Scale
- Pay Band: ₹14,000 – ₹70,000 (PB-2)
- Grade Pay: ₹6,800
- Other allowances as per Assam Government rules.

- Written Examination (100 marks)
- Skill Test/Practical Test (50 marks)
