ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Essential Qualifications:
- The candidate must be a Law Graduate (before taking up the assignment as a Law Clerk) having a Bachelor's Degree in Law (including an Integrated Degree
Course in Law) from any School/College/University/Institution established
by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as
an Advocate.
- The candidate studying in the fifth year of the Five-Year Integrated Law
Course or the third year of the Three-Year Law Course after graduation in
any stream will also be eligible to apply, subject to furnishing proof of
acquiring Law qualification before taking up the assignment as Law Clerkcum-Research Associate.
- The candidate must have research and analytical skills, writing abilities, and knowledge of computers, including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/processes such as e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc.

- Part I- Multiple
Choice Based Questions, testing the candidates’ ability to understand and apply
the law, and comprehension skills;
- Part II- Subjective Written Examination,
covering writing and analytical skills;

Part I- The examination will be conducted in online mode and Question papers for
Part II- The examination will be visible on the Computer Screen and candidates(s) have to write answers in pen-paper mode.
Model Answer Keys will be uploaded on the website at 12:00 Noon on 10.03.2025 and will be available till 11:59 p.m. on 11.03.2025, for inviting online objections, if any, from the candidates relating to Part-I Multiple Choice Questions subject to payment of charges @ ₹100/- per question which will be refunded to the candidate if the objection is found to be valid.
