BCPL Apprenticeship Recruitment 2025 Notification Out For Graduate Apprentices & Technician Apprentices (Diploma Holder)
Applications are open for eligible candidates to apply for a one-year Apprenticeship Training program at Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL), a Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) operating under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961. This program provides an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience and technical skills in the field of petrochemicals. Selected candidates will work in a dynamic environment and receive training that enhances their career prospects in the industry. Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for 01 year Apprenticeship Training at Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited, a Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE), under Apprenticeship Act 1961 as amended from time to time for the following categories:

Minimum Education Qualification:
➡All the qualifications must be from UGC recognized Indian University / UGC recognized Indian
Deemed University or AICTE approved Autonomous Indian Institution (wherever applicable).
Diploma qualifications (for technical disciplines) should be recognized by respective State Board
of Technical Education. Industrial Training Institute (ITI) / National Apprenticeship Certificate
(NAC) qualification should be recognized by State Council of Technical and Vocational Training
(SCTVT) / National Council of Technical and Vocational Training (NCTVT).
Age Limit:
➡ Not less than eighteen years and upper age limit is 28 years as on 31.1.2025. The upper age limit
is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidate, 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for Persons
with Disability.
Reservation:
➡ The provisions of Govt. directives for engagement of Apprentices in SC/ST/OBC/PWD
Category will be applicable.
Selection:
➡ Applications received online will be shortlisted based on eligibility criteria. Selection shall be
based on merit as per mark secured in the degree/ diploma course as mentioned against each
Apprentice posts. The list of shortlisted candidates will be published in the BCPL website
www.bcplonline.co.in
Duration:
➡ Duration for engagement of apprentices is for a period of one year only.
- Candidates who have passed out in the year 2020,2021,2022,2023 and 2024 are eligible to apply in the aforesaid posts. However, engineering graduates/graduates/diploma holder who had already undergone training or having job experience for a period of one year or more after acquiring required qualifications shall not be eligible for being engaged as an Apprentice under the Act.
- The training will be governed by the Apprentices Act 1961 as amended from time to time.
- Apprentices cannot be assured for company’s accommodation, and they are required to make their own boarding & lodging arrangements.
- No travel expenses will be paid at the time verification of documents as well as at the time of joining
- No transport facility or conveyance allowance will be provided during the course of Apprenticeship training.
- Since this training is governed under Apprentice Act, 1961 as amended from time to time, there is no assurance of any further extension/employment after completion of the apprenticeship training.
- Candidates will be required to produce original documents along with one set of selfattested copies of following documents at the time of verification of documents failing
which he/she will not be permitted to join:
➡Document in support of Date of birth proof
➡Caste/Tribe certificate/OBC-NCL certificate in the prescribed format
➡All certificates/testimonials in respect of all qualifications (all semester/year wise Marksheets) starting from matriculation - Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
Interested candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria may apply through the “career
section” of BCPL website www.bcplonline.co.in. The link will be made available from
22.01.2025 from 10:00hrs onwards. Closing date for online submission of application is
12.02.2025 23:59hrs. Candidates can apply against only one post.
Before registration the candidate must ensure the following:
- Candidates need to register themselves with Board of Practical Training (BOPT),
through online enrolment at the NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme)
portal.
For NATS registration candidates should log in to Nats 2.0 portal https://nats.education.gov.in/student_type.php for Technical and Non-technical / non-engineering disciplines. Please note that without a valid NATS registration number your application will not be accepted and will be cancelled right away. - Valid e-mail ID should remain valid for at least one year. No change in the e-mail ID will be allowed once entered.
- Candidates should have latest passport size photograph as well as photograph of signature in digital form (.jpg or .jpeg only of less than 500 kb size) for uploading with the application form.
- Candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully for online submission of application. The same is available in the website.
- While filling online application the candidates must carefully follow all the steps. No communication will be entertained from applicants in this regard.
- No Application Fee is required.
- Any further corrigendum/ updates will be published at our website only.
- It is mandatory for the candidates to have an Aadhar seeded bank account.
