Eligibility Criteria
- Age: Generally 18–28 years, calculated as of 15 November 2026.
- Age relaxation reported: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and 10 years for PwBD applicants. Conditions may apply.
- Qualifications vary by post. Examples include:
- Assistant Manager (General): Two-year postgraduate degree or postgraduate diploma in any discipline.
- Assistant Manager (Technical): B.E./B.Tech in a specified agriculture, food-science/technology, or biotechnology discipline.
- Assistant Manager (Finance): B.Com with three years’ relevant experience, or graduation with CA Intermediate/CMA Intermediate.
- Assistant Manager (Engineering – Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Assistant Manager (Engineering – Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Selection Process
